"Soaring since 1996" Katherine, foreground, and Morgen Chang are spirits of two very different mindsets in a short play called "The Binge." The two was one of six acting duos performing original plays for the Chicago Avenue Project at Pillsbury House Theatre. Since 1996, CAP has brought together professional actors, playwrights, and directors from the Twin Cities to work with kids from the surrounding neighborhoods.
