“Jess” Jess is new to the neighborhood. She was adopted two months a go from the Border Collie Rescue of MN by 20-year resident of Powderhorn, Lillian. Six-year-old Jess loves to play fetch and cuddle. She lives a block off the park with her mom, six hens and a kitty. Jess greets everyone with a smile, making her an ideal neighbor.
