“Jessica” Jessica opened the doors of MN NAF Salon at 3749 Bloomington Ave. in May of this year. Her hair salon/gallery is free-form yet grounded. She recycles everything she can, including composting and uses organic products. Jessica enjoys painting, sculpting, weaving, yoga, music—all art forms that are a logical connection to hair styling. Jessica’s business and spiritual philosophy seem interchangeable. I asked what she likes most about Powderhorn and she said, “For its weirdness—no fear to be creative.”
