"Powderhorn from above" I had the opportunity to visit the 14th floor of the Midtown Exchange building this beautiful sunny Sunday, and was able to snap this picture of the neighborhood from high above.
"Let's Go Fly a Kite" When you send it flying up there All at once you're lighter than air You can dance on the breeze over houses and trees With your fist holding tight To the string of your kite Cuando la envías volando por allá arriba De repente estás más liviano que el aire Se puede bailar en la brisa sobre las casas y los árboles Con el puño agarrando duro La cuerda de la cometa
"Place" When we have a better sense of truly where we are, we can also better understand how we affect the wider world. Sometimes in the city it is hard to notice and remember that despite the how hidden certain aspects of the natural systems, like watershed districts, are, that our actions really do affect our world far beyond our home, street and neighborhood because of them.
