"Along Chicago -- Main Street Market" Ali Mauneim has been the owner of Main Street Market on the corner of 37th and Chicago for two years. Ali lives in Mounds View and used to operate a store in North St. Paul before becoming owner of Main Street Market. Ali believes that by giving certain customers discounts on things that they would not be able to purchase he is building customer loyalty and ultimately helping out the community. Ali states that recently there was a string of two robberies at the Main Street Market that he says is not typical of the area. Ali says that he likes many of the neighborhood residents and believes that most are good people.
