"I Heart Powderhorn" The people of Powderhorn have spoken: they wish to know why the trees on 17th Avenue awoke this Monday to find themselves adorned with bright red plywood hearts. And so this intrepid photographer turned investigator attempts to garner a response: please tell the waiting world if you know the reason.
