"Tree Hero" John Forsberg (Forestry Division of Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board) had inspected a tree on the east side of Powderhorn Park. It was not only leaning, but also the roots were not firmly established. Adding mulch and braces stabilizes the tree so it will grow straight and tall along the park boulevard.
