"Give a hoot - don't pollute!" This severed leg was found floating in the Powderhorn Lake this afternoon. Unfortunately, this was not the only item that I found polluting the Lake. I also saw plastic cups, bread bags and cans floating in the Lake. Please enjoy our public spaces responsibly!
