"Self Portrait" One of the tasks that we set ourselves this year was to take a self portrait (amid the rest of our photographic exploration of the neighborhood). I chose to take mine in our Art Fair booth because this project has been such a large part of my life this year. This is the 220th photo taken for Powderhorn365. Come see all of them on display at the Powderhorn Art Fair in the Community Section.
"The Corral" A waterfall of bikes carries on down the steps in front of a four-plex. That red bike is ready to go. It looks like it's at rest, but you can see...he wants to ride.
[Untitled] The Peace Day Lantern Ceremony is an ancient tradition celebrated in many Asian countries. Today's event is significant as the anniversary of the 1945 Hiroshima bombing. These lanterns float on Powderhorn Lake as a symbol of personal commitment to create peace in this world and personal hopes for the future.
