Saturday, May 7. 2011City of Lakes Community Land Trust This Powderhorn Park home is currently undergoing rehab, renovations and additions. This property is being rehabbed by City of Lakes Community Land Trust (CCLT), an organization committed to preserving affordable housing. The CCLT will sell the home to an income-qualified buyer but will continue to own the land, which the homeowner leases. If the homeowner decides to sell, a formula determines the sale price and the homeowner's share of the increased value. The CCLT will always continue to own the land which enables it to keep homes affordable for current and future homeowners. |
