Ms McDonald -- Sunshine

Ms McDonald has owned the Sunshine Tree Child Development Center at 3641 Chicago Avenue for 23 years. The state govt shutdown has affected her business, keeping some of her kids at home while their parents are laid off. Today she was having a garage sale out front of the daycare.
