This sculpture by Jim Dolan is on a rarely seen side of the Division of Indian Work building in Minneapolis. It was conceived by Dolan's friend, architect Dennis Sun Rhodes, former chief of the Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming. The three faces represent the eagle evolving from physical form into spirit.
